NOTES ABOUT THE LICENCE

- NOT FREE, BUT IT'S ABOUT FREEDOM
  This is kind of a Donateware, you are entitled to use it when
  you have donated the amount of 20,- EURO to EDRi, and you are
  allowed to have an evaluation period before that. You even may
  intensively test and evaluate, but please be honest and donate when
  you are done with testing or please stop using it. For those who
  really and honestly can't afford 20 EURO, there is an exception that
  requires you to read 2 EDRi-gram newsletters.
  EDRi is defending digital civil rights, and a donation to them 
  helps protect freedom in the information society.

- NO UPGRADE FEES, NO TIME LIMITS
  When you have met the license conditions, you can use upated
  versions at any time, with no expiration to either the license
  or your upgrade entitlement. I don't promise to release updates,
  though. All caveats from _00_DISCLAIMER.txt apply.

- BOUND TO ONE PERL INSTALLATION
  Your license applies to a single Perl installation. For this
  licensed installation, you may upgrade the program whenever you want.
  But if you want to use it for another Perl installation, you need
  another license (i.e. donate again).

- REUSABLE
  If you stop using it on one Perl installation, e.g. because you
  retired the machine or just the Perl installation on it, your
  license does not expire, and you can reuse it for another
  Perl installation.
